Form of workOur client is a leading, successful US multinational with a long history in managing resources. Due to change and growth, we are seeking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel as the most senior lawyer in the APAC region.
You will have at least 10 years PQE in Technology Law with a strong emphasis on software licensing, supply, delivery and SaaS agreements, acquired in a leading law firm together with similar in-house experience.
Being the most senior counsel in APAC, you will report directly to the US General Counsel and will support the APAC region on a variety of commercial transactions as their trusted legal advisor.
Together with excellent negotiation skills. You will be commercially sound with a pragmatic focus.
In this role, will have a great deal of responsibility, working closely with the APAC regional sales and service teams. You will review and negotiate a wide range of agreements including: software licence, service provider, support service, and especially SaaS agreements. You will also advise on Data Privacy and provide training to the sales and service teams.
