Senior Litigation Lawyer / Senior Associate
There is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our exceptional team of lawyers work closely with our Principal, who is a top-rated specialist insolvency and restructuring lawyer, with over 20 year’s experience.
We are a busy team with a variety of matters including complex commercial disputes, corporate restructures, PPSA advices and disputes, voidable transaction recoveries, fraud and misrepresentation disputes, and advices on all aspects of the insolvency process.
The Role
This role presents an opportunity to continue developing your skills in a supportive and intellectually challenging environment. Key aspects of this role are:
- Advising on a range of litigation and insolvency matters, including those presently active in the Supreme Court and District Court
- Maintaining carriage of matters
- Court attendances
- Managing and maintaining client relations
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Assisting with marketing and business development
- Opportunity to build your own practice in a supportive environment
Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have strong technical experience. You will have at least 5 years post admission experience in commercial litigation gained within a reputable law firm and additional insolvency experience will be highly regarded. You will have strong communication skills and a focus on client satisfaction and value. Most importantly, you will be a team player with initiative and a flexible and adaptable approach.
