SalaryA fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Management Accountant to join a well-known and rapidly growing Australian engineering business. This business is well established and services top-tier clients across the ANZ region. The finance team are now looking to bring on an experienced professional to help the leadership group with executing sound commercial and strategic decisions.
Position
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monthly management reporting and analysis, maintaining the general ledger, external audit support, budgeting and forecasting, and managing executive payroll. The leadership group will lean on you for accurate analysis and provision of strong financial and commercial insights conducive to business success. You will have four experienced accountants reporting to you in this role. This role has a hybrid working arrangement.
Profile
You are relevant degree qualified and/or have your CA/CPA/CFA qualification. You are naturally passionate about the engineering industry and are a proactive Finance Manager or Management Accountant who has previous experience working for a busy and complex organisation. Extensive experience in financial and management reporting and analysis. Experience with dashboard reporting and BI tools, financial modelling, and advanced MS Excel skills. You cultivate strong stakeholder engagement with your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
