As the subject matter expert, you will develop, implement, and continually improve the quality management system and ensure its alignment to ISO 9001 and integration with other Sunwater Management Systems such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 55001. This role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure Sunwater’s systems and processes are efficient, effective and deliver value. Other key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain documented information to support effective implementation of quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and other obligations. Support the development and delivery of a risk-based, level 2 assurance plan to verify controls effectiveness, and make recommendations to address gaps and ensure continual improvement. Monitor quality performance of business functions including reporting of nonconformities, root cause analyses and corrective actions, and undertake post-implementation effectiveness reviews. Oversee significant incident investigations, help develop robust corrective action plans, and monitor their effective implementation to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure externally provided processes, products and services are appropriately managed, and suitable actions are taken to resolve any gaps and rectify defects. About you You will have effective communication, coordination, and collaboration skills to facilitate the successful delivery of external assurance such as regulatory compliance reviews and certification audits. You will have externally certified ISO Management Systems qualifications, including experience with contractor and supplier management. As you will oversee Board, Executive and other reports, you will have strong technical writing, document control, analysis and presentation capabilities. Additional requirements are: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, quality, or related discipline 7 years’ experience in a similar role; preferably supporting project delivery and/or asset management in the utilities industry Lead auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Experience with modern techniques and tools for assurance Experience in development and delivery of training and uplifting capability across multiple stakeholder groups Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or Auditor qualifications in ISO 55001 (highly desirable) Process improvement and/or root cause analysis trainings such as Six Sigma, Learning Teams, ICAM and/or 5 Whys (highly desirable) We strongly encourage applications from candidates who are seeking flexibility in…
