An exciting opportunity within the Building and Construction Stream is available for a Senior Contract Administrator. We are growing with some exciting projects locked in for 2024 and into the future.
As the Senior Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure effective planning and management across projects are maintained and enhanced through contract and commercial activities.

The role includes but is not limited to:
- Effectively and efficiently managing project financial, contractual activities, variations and RFI’s
- Consistently and effectively implementing the Company’s commercial policies and procedures
- Managing sub-contractors procurement, execution, delivery
- Ensuring the accuracy of the financial reporting of the project and advising on the monthly profitability of the project
- Ensuring the accuracy of the financial system (Pronto)
- Coordinating inputs from project managers and sharing updates through Microsoft Project
- Liaisoning with the site team regularly and maintaining oversite of progress on-site
- Monthly project reporting
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Qualifications in Law, Finance, Building or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a Contract Administration role within the Architecture / Commercial / Defence / FM building industry
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to influence and secure positive outcomes
- Understanding of the Australian Standard suite of Contracts and Subcontracts
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, coordination and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in project financial management, i.e., forecasting, cash flow, accruals
- Experience using ERP systems like Pronto or similar
