Salary: $151,625 - $177,655 (negotiable against skills/experience) plus 15.4% superannuation
Location: Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra

About the role
The Senior ManagerApplication Enablement is a senior-level position that oversees the implementation, enhancement, and day-to-day operations of key organisation wide systems within the IT department.
They act as a key advisor across IBA and within the technology and transformation team, providing technical expertise and applying financial systems knowledge to ensure that the systems covering key functions, like HR, Payroll, Sourcing, Payments, GL and Treasury work in harmony to provide value across the organisation and to our staff.
Successful applicants should have:
· Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as Business, IT, Financial, Banking) or significant equivalent workplace experience.
· TechnologyOne experience and knowledge,including previous implementation experience across Finance, HRIS, Contracts and Procurement modules.
· Strong transition from project to ongoing service experience
· Knowledge and experience with treasury management systems
· At least 10 years financial services experience, with at least 3 years managing and supporting a TechnologyOne System implementation.
· Strong agile delivery and hybrid delivery experience, working in a release management capacity.
· At least 5 years experience managing a team to achieve effective outcomes.
