- Senior Manager with experience in policy/strategy development and Business Cases for infrastructure, urban development and economic development initiatives
- Senior Manager (Project Manager) with experience in the project management the planning and design of infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in the transport, precinct and/or energy sectors
- Manager (Economist) with experience in economic research and modelling, cost benefit analysis and economic impact assessment.
- Consultant the opportunity to work across policy and strategy, planning, business case and program/project management engagements.
- Leading or working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver short-term and long-term project engagements
- Managing the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects including the preparation and management of project plans, cost models, schedule, risk/issue registers, reporting and invoicing;
- Opportunities to undertake or learn business development activities including engaging with current and potential future clients and tracking potential engagement opportunities;
- Development and implementation of engagement pursuit strategies, preparation of proposals and managing tender processes;
- Sharing your awareness of the broader market environment and industry trends;
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners and broader industry;
- Contributing to team planning, development and maintenance of a high performance culture, including coaching and mentoring to support learning and development initiatives;
- Any other business development, project delivery and team management activities as required to support the efficient management of the team.
- Strong collaboration skills having worked across multi-disciplinary teams involved in the delivery of infrastructure planning studies, technical reports and/or Business Cases;
- Technical planning capabilities in transport, urban/regional planning, economic development, and/or business case preparations;
- Well-developed report writing, presentation and spread-sheeting skills;
- Experience in managing or preparing program/project controls including budget, schedule, risk/issue, integration, quality, stakeholder management;
- Effective engagement and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
