Business Resilience assists the Group in preparing for and guiding the organisational response to a disruptive and significant event which could have a material impact to the group. We provide business continuity advisory and governance functions to the Group, as well as crisis management capabilities and responses.Do work that matters:As a
Senior Manager within the Advisory team, you will be accountable for educating and guiding a portfolio of assigned Business Units through a resilience program that includes analytical assessments, training, testing and exercises. You will be a senior member of the team, your input into program management and resilience initiatives will be valued.
Your ImpactYour role will support the implementation of the Group Business Continuity Management strategy and framework. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers across the Group
- Design and conduct training and capability transfer programs to ensure business units can deliver on their business continuity responsibilities
- Provide support in delivering crisis management capabilities as required during disruptive events
- Provision Line 2 support and advisory services in relation to the business continuity policy & standard across the Group
- Conduct assurance activities over the business continuity lifecycle, including review and challenge of plans, selected strategies and recovery tests conducted by Business Units
- Support Senior Leadership in understanding their business continuity risks and capabilities
- Support the design and development of Business Continuity Management program in alignment with new APRA CPS standards.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience in Business Continuity/Business Resilience within an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing experience
- Strong presentation and briefing skills
- People or team leadership experience
- Strong problem solving, analysis and synthesis & delivery experience
