The Team
The Commercial Initiatives & Governance team sits within the Portfolio & Strategy function under the Chief Commercial Office to drive partner governance & oversight and support on Commercial Initiatives in conjunction with the broader Commercial function. This role reports into the Head of
Portfolio & Strategy.
- Drive uplift in the partner monitoring & oversight framework and capability, through business-as-usual activity and the Partner Engagement Model project
- Collaboratively work with key stakeholders across the business, particularly within Commercial, to support the ongoing embedment of the partner monitoring & oversight framework.
- Continually improve the business-as-usual partner monitoring & oversight framework
- Report on the Hollard’s partnership landscape from an oversight & monitoring perspective, for a variety of audiences including but not limited to: Board, management and working groups. This will require fit-for-purpose information collection, analysis and verification to ensure consistent and accurate representation of the current landscape.
- Support, and where required managed, the execution on Commercial initiatives including those relating to, but not limited to, new (and exit of) products, partners & channels to the satisfaction of the business.
About You
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels, including those non-direct reporting teams.
- Understanding of how the various insurance functions come together to best achieve key outcomes for strategic and tactical plan implementation.
- Ability to design and implement fit-for-purpose governance structures.
- Critical thinking and an aptitude to design and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills.
