What you'll be doing
The Senior Manager Maintenance Planning is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end Maintenance Planning process ensuring full compliance with the relevant laws, policies, standards and codes.
The Senior Manager Maintenance Planning is responsible for developing and continuously improving integrated, effective, and cost-efficient maintenance and asset renewal programs.
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Selection Criteria * Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as, Engineering, Asset Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and/or equivalent experience such as Heavy Industry.
- Eligibility for professional accreditation(s) such as Certified Senior Practitioner (CSAM), Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or relevant equivalent accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of management and compliance of an asset management system in accordance with ISO 55001.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level negotiation skills, including those skills required to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
- Advanced understanding of data analysis, lifecycle modelling, and reporting.
- Demonstrated financial management capability with respect to Asset Management and business unit performance.
