We are seeking a Senior ManagerMedia & Government Relations to join our Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs team. Reporting to the Head of Media & Government Relations, you will be responsible for managing and protecting our external reputation through effective management of relationships and activity with the media, government, and key stakeholders. You’ll be specifically focused on implementing Government Relations strategies.
As our Senior ManagerMedia & Government Relations, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, where every day is different. You’ll be leading a team to grow and develop within this space, and you’ll also have the opportunity to work with some of our key senior leaders such as our CEO, Executive team, Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs team and Group Counsel teams. Externally, you be our go-to where you’ll engage with the media, Federal and State Governments, Opposition, the ABA and other industry bodies.
About you
We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and leadership skills, who can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You bring a passion to the teams you work with and have extensive experience in managing relationships with the media, and key stakeholders, with a specific emphasis on Government Relations. And because of all of this, you’ll be well versed in developing and implementing Government Relations strategies.
