Position Summary
Job Summary:
Reporting to the ANZ Operations Director you will manage a team who have end to end accountability in a manufacturing environment, for the order management life cycle from point of order configuration through to delivery to the customer. Your role will involve setting up the systems and processes and working closely with your customers Internal and External to deliver a seamless order experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and coaching to the team
Establish performance benchmarks and coach team to achieve KPIs
Resolve Internal and External customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Review and provide recommendations on Order configuration to despatch process improvements
Drive customer service excellence by ensuring timely and effective responses to customer needs.
Proactively engage in continuous improvement activities to capitalize on the ongoing growth.
Build and develop a high-performing team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
An established Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Manager with experience leading customer service and order management functions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work with stakeholders internally and externally.
Technically strong, with experience of ERPs/CRM’s and ability to understand product Bills Of Materials.
Exceptional planning, organising and structured problem-solving abilities
High level Excell and data analysis skills
Ability to work under pressure
Desire to learn
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Experience, Education and Qualification:
5 + years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing / warehouse environment
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with tertiary qualifications in Management
Sound Lean practical experience with a demonstrated Lean implementation of projects within a production environment
