The Role:
  
Our client seeks a dynamic individual to step into a leadership role at our Ipswich office. This is a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of fees up to $ 1.2 M, shaping the future of our firm.
  
About You:

You will drive the firm's overall success in this pivotal role in Ipswich. 
The ideal candidate will possess:  

• Accounting qualifications, CA/CPA certification
• 10+ years of accounting practice experience
• Proficiency in managing diverse accounting and financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-centric approach, serving approximately 100 clients of various sizes
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

Ideally, the candidate is a resident of Ipswich. Our client is open to someone joining as a Senior Manager initially and later transitioning into a partner role or to a salary partner arrangement.
