Your new role

We’re looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.

As the Senior Manager, Product Distribution, you will lead our Product team and be accountable for promoting and celebrating our suite of defined contribution investment options and insurance offerings. Leveraging your extensive business development experience in super and investments, you will play a major role in engaging and enlightening our internal teams, customers and key employer stakeholders.

With passion and enthusiasm, you will effectively lead the Product team to support our strategic agenda to retain and grow our customer base. You will liaise closely with our Brand, Marketing and Communication team to articulate our point of difference in a customer-centric manner and reframe the complexities of investments into a simple and compelling product proposition.

Our products are governed by specific legislation and accessibility rules, therefore your innovative approach will consider how we position and open additional customer distribution opportunities with our employers. 

Monitoring market intelligence and regulatory change is also required to remain competitive and compliant. This role will have defined contribution product governance accountabilities across our PDS, TMD and FSG customer-facing regulatory requirements and outsourcing arrangements with our insurance partner, AIA.

What you’ll need to excel                         

  • Strong experience and proven competence at a senior level in the superannuation or financial services industry
  • 10+ years experience in product management development and innovation
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (desirable)
  • Knowledge of superannuation industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven track record of successfully launching innovative financial products
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills
  • A focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
