About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager of Product Governance and play a pivotal role in the delivery of Product Governance across the BOQ Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing support towards the continuous improvement of our Product Governance Frameworks and execute on our day-to-day commitments. Your expertise will be crucial in the operations of the Product Lifecycle Management Policy, maintaining and uplifting enterprise product controls.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels. You should possess excellent organisational skills, with a passion for product excellence and a knack for governance. You are a problem-solver who loves getting your hands dirty and thrives in complex environment. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and a drive for continuous improvement, you are ready to take on the challenge of maintaining and enhancing our Product Governance frameworks and controls.

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous tenure in a management role in the following areas - Product, Risk, Audit or Governance role within the financial services or consulting industry.
  • Experience with Design and Distribution Obligations, highly recommended
  • Ability to work in a changing environment across the full product lifecycle from conception to decommission.
  • You will enjoy working with frameworks and policies and you will bring energy and enthusiasm to a high performing Product Governance team.
  • Ability to adapt to and take on challenging problems with a solutions-based approach.
  • Significant experience developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
