Job Description
As the Senior Manager of Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you act as a trusted advisor to your clients, leading the implementation of solutions in complex corporate environments. You understand your client's business and work closely with them to steer extensive Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements and deliver continuous value with rapid increment cycles.
You assemble teams with different capabilities such as Strategy, Experience, Engineering, and Data. You guide them in creating proposals and presenting corresponding offerings to the market. Customer focus is always a priority.
Together with your team, you lead and participate in project delivery, including solution design, effort estimations, plans, prioritisation, risk assessments, and ensure project progress tracking.
You create a positive team environment and culture through coaching and fostering individual development and performance standards.
You ensure your team's focus on results and have the expertise to make these results measurable.
Qualifications
- You have 8+ years of experience in Product Management with experience in leading teams on medium and large-scale programs
- Demonstrated success in working with diverse senior stakeholders, including C suite, and experience in being a proxy product owner, including owning product backlog, continuous prioritisation, etc.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in working on agile development frameworks.
- Collaborating with multiple agile scrum teams.
- Leading agile ceremonies such as PI planning, backlog management, backlog prioritisation and user story refinement etc.
- Leveraging the voice of the customer to frame functional and emotional needs and benefits for the users across the end-to-end product/service journey and identify opportunities to create value.
- Developing and coaching team on Product Management deliverables such as product backlog, prioritisation frameworks, epics and stories, etc.
- Understanding of Digital business transformation enabling technologies and techniques, including Cloud, DevOps, Automation etc.
- Ability to implement product strategy while ensuring product activities are aligned with clients' vision and value outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members to actively shape proposed approaches and solutions, eg experience, design, engineering, test, DevOps, etc.
- Expertise in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to help identify and evaluate possible solutions while working within the industry constraints and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to understand a client's business processes, tools to map current and future state, and align and optimise front- and backstage business processes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills and experience building and scaling a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with Public Sector teams will be an added advantage.
