You'll be responsible for
- Take the lead across the organisation to bring together the various initiatives related to productivity (Allianz Customer Model, Fuel for Growth etc.) into a single view that can be used to drive sustainable productivity benefits across the business.
- Present to and co-ordinate the Productivity Steering committee that provides oversight on the delivery of various productivity initiatives to senior leaders.
- Support and contribute to the annual planning process, ensuring that the financial inputs are considered and aligned to the strategic direction of the enterprise.
- Lead the preparation of the annual planning dialogue, including the development of key messages and co-ordination across Finance and senior management to ensure all strategic questions are answered and aligned with key stakeholders.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, the business, and the Central Project Management Office to steer the business and support strategic decision making.
- Lead and coach team members within an Agile Finance function.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with relevant certification.
- Experience in Finance, optimisation of work processes, or project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of key expense and premium drivers of a matrixed insurance or financial services organisation.
- Comprehensive understanding of organisational financial frameworks, end-to-end finance data flows and experience in managing financial management processes, resources, and systems, providing advice to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Ability to analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
