About the Role
This role will be critical in the growth and brand development of a major brand that accounts for a significant amount of revenue for the business. You will be responsible for managing budgets, P&L’s, driving innovation and new product development and managing PR and communications.
- Implement strategy, portfolio and innovation road map;
- Own media and comms strategy;
- Lead a team of 2 Brand Managers; and
- Manage NPD and develop creative promotional strategies.
- The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is an experienced Brand Manager (4+ year’s experience, looking to take the next step up) or a Senior Brand Manager (1+ year’s experience);
- Ideal background is FMCG;
- The ideal candidate will be a switched on and assertive candidate who has exceptional stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen;
- Ideally, you will be analytically savvy and have demonstrated success drawing on insights and using them to inform decision making; and
- Ideally, the right candidate will have experience with new product development, innovation and product management.
