About the role
Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, Renewal SA are looking for an experienced manager in the relevant field to lead a team of property professionals and work collaboratively with Asset Management and project teams to ensure high-quality project management outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to provide high-level, expert strategic advice on diverse property issues within Renewal SA's portfolio.
- Manage lessees and stakeholders, negotiating and documenting leading tenure agreements.
- Spearhead the development, leadership, and execution of intricate property projects and transactions.
- Lead strategic asset management programs.
About you
We are looking for an experienced manager in the relevant field who can demonstrate:
- Commercial experience in leasing and asset management.
- Experience in leading a team of property professionals.
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuation or a related discipline, or significant demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Property Manager Registration and/or Land Agent's Registration.
