We are looking for an experienced, organised, passionate leader to join our VPS team as a Senior Manager

This role is based in Williamstown with Hybrid working arrangements available.
The Senior Manager is responsible for Coordinating House Supervisors and ensuring delivery of participant services across VPS Supported Independent Living (SIL) residences.
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading teams of House Supervisors, and support workers. The Senior Manager role is responsible for overseeing organisational policy and plans across various SIL properties. The role contributes to the implementation of participant plans and ensures support services are being delivered to a high standard and are in line with VPS values.
The role is responsible for the performance management development of its team members. The position is assisted by the Administration team and Management. This critical role is responsible for the delivery of participant outcomes and for the effective management of services.
The Senior Manager position requires experience in managing high performing teams, report writing, and managing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead teams to assist participants in their Supported Independent Living environment. This role will have a large degree of ownership for a range of tasks as well as being part of a broader care team which will ensure positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure person centered, quality outcomes for participants and their families
- Managing and maintaining VPS rostering, approving timesheets and collaborating with the accounts team for payroll purposes
- Support participants to meet their NDIS goals, and minimise risks to participants
- Lead and develop capability in complex case participants by stabilizing care needs and plans
- Ensure supports adhere to regulatory and legislative requirements
- Ensure services run effectively, efficiently and sustainably
- Support onboarding of new participants, liaising with care teams and ensuring the participants needs can be fully met with VPS
- Support community engagement and networking initiatives
- Visiting SIL properties, liaising with participants and staff
