Your new roleAs the new
Senior Manager,
Workforce & Reporting you play a pivotal role in the introduction of work force planning within a newly insourced department at the Fund. You will be primarily responsible for building both tactical and strategic Workforce Planning which includes capabilities, procedures and systems that facilitates consistency in the process across multiple teams.Having no direct reports, in this hands-on role you will have the ability to work autonomously, build and maintain valuable relationships across the Fund, and contribute your expertise and ideas at a senior level.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish the workforce planning frameworks, including tactical and strategic tools.
- Previous experience designing and documenting the workforce planning processes.
- Build and embed work force planning processes to enable teams to measure & maximise productivity through development & monitoring of agreed targets.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of resource plans, recruitment pipeline and forecast to manage available resources; and advise on future needs.
- Demonstrate and deliver active operations management balancing the cost, quality, and service to provide an improved level of service and experience for Members.
- Become the departments SME for all workforce planning needs and the direct contact point.
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc risk reports to various stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate, trends, issues, and emerging issues to management.
What you'll need- Minimum 5 years' experience within workforce planning, ideally withing Financial Services
- Previous experience designing and documenting the workforce planning processes.
- Experience working with multiple departments to guide and support workforce planning decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI
- Demonstrated experience in multitasking and having the ability to make optimal decisions in a timely manner.
