Job Profile
Reporting to the Director Retail Experience, the Senior Manager Retail Sales is responsible for leading the development, implementation, review, and continuous improvement of our retailer business development activities and for supporting and optimising retailer performance including sales activities and service standards. This role has the following key areas of focus:
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Retailer engagement and communications
- Continuous Service Improvement
- Effective Brand Representation and key stakeholder management
- Strategic Leadership of Field Team operations
- Retailer & Player Safety
- People and Resources
Mandatory / special role requirements
- Police Clearance
- Regional Travel may be required
