Lotterywest is the employing agency for Healthway, which is the only State Government agency dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years Healthway has been providing grant funding to sport, arts and racing organisations, community activities, and to health promotion projects and research. Job Profile
Reporting to the Director Marketing and Sales, the Senior Manager, Retail Customer Marketing is responsible for leading the retail product strategy, and development of best practice retail execution to drive sales and profitability for Lotterywest. The role has the following key areas of focus:
- Product Strategy and Planning
- Portfolio Profitability and Optimisation
- Analysis and Insights
- Shopper Marketing
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Mandatory / special role requirements
Police clearance.
Essential Selection Criteria
- Significant experience in developing strategic business plans, and the delivery of marketing and sales projects.
- Demonstrated high level business acumen, including setting sales performance targets, analysis and reporting.
- High level experience in the development and execution of multiple products and initiatives, within timeframe and budget.
- Demonstrated experience in utilising shopper marketing insights and consumer trends to develop best practice execution strategies.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, leading, and developing a team, with a diverse range of responsibilities and a proven track record of fostering a high-performance culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
