About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As the Senior Manager, Retirement Office in our Retirement division, you’ll provide trusted efficient and effective support to the Chief of Retirement (CoR) with respect to key operational and strategic matters. You'll act as a strategic partner, connector and conduit between employees, senior leaders, executives and key stakeholders.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Coordinate and undertake a range of often complex, technical and/or highly sensitive activities; this will include attending and representing the CoR at key internal and external engagements.
- Lead the business planning for the Division and drive commercial acumen, capability and a high-performance culture.
- Discover, design and implement new operating approaches and provide scalable solutions to the Division.
- Support the creation of Board and Exco Submissions, ensuring timely engagement and maintaining high quality.

You are a strategic leader who's able to think both high level and down to the nitty gritty when needed. A creative problem-solving mind will see you turn complicated issues into simple solutions that pave the way forward and drive an outcome focussed culture within the Division.

- You are no stranger to implementing change management strategies for continuous improvement.

- You have a knack for crafting impactful board papers for presentation and can engage your audience to actively collaborate in the decision-making process.
