- Lead the client oversight program across managed fund and superannuation trustee businesses, ensuring a thorough understanding and monitoring of client activities through a risk-based approach.
- Lead a range of other risk and compliance activities for the Corporate Trustee Services business, including compliance plan oversight.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, actively managing issues and promoting collaboration.
- Lead and contribute to the development of high-performing, engaged, and committed teams within the organization.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with legislative and Equity Trustees compliance requirements, demonstrating leadership in adherence to internal frameworks, policies, and external regulations.
- Experience in similar roles in investment/managed fund industries.
- Proficient in managing risk, compliance, and financial services licenses (AFSL, ACL).
- Proficient in implementing risk-based management approaches.
- Background in board and committee reporting
- Change management experience valued.
- Tertiary qualified in Business, Finance or related field.
