- Our Line 2 Risk Management team are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the embedment of a robust Risk Culture program.
- Delivering expert guidance and partnering to integrate a strong Risk Culture throughout the organisation, whilst ensuring clear measurable key indicators of Risk Culture and high-quality reporting for the Group and Board Committees.
- Further emphasizing the enhancement of Risk Culture through measurement-driven identification of areas requiring targeted interventions, and effectively communicating and supporting stakeholders in executing Risk Culture program plans.
- Driving risk maturity by contributing to the evolution of the risk management framework supported by good governance standards, that are capable of meeting the demands created by an increasingly dynamic and demanding operating, strategic and external environment.
- Contribute the development and review of key risk management policies, practices and procedures that support the Risk Management Strategy and embedment of a strong Risk Governance and Culture for AAL.
- Tertiary qualification and significant risk management experience, assessment, and management frameworks for managing risk gained in the insurance and financial service industry.
- Deep knowledge of Risk Culture and the identification, assessment, and management of key risks.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management concepts, Risk Framework, risk analytics and qualitative risk measures.
- Expert analytical skills demonstrating the capability to provide strategic advice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence, positively influencing risk behaviours across AAL.
