Location: Parramatta CBD (Hybrid working arrangement)
Employment type: Ongoing, Full-time (1 vacancy)
Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12, $139,787 to $161,663 p.a. plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Senior Manager, Strategy, Innovation and Sustainability is responsible for delivering a broad range of compelling, innovative, and evidence-based strategies, programs, and strategic initiatives to guide infrastructure planning, investment prioritisation, and asset management activities across DCJ.
What you'll do
The Strategy, Innovation and Sustainability team is currently delivering a range of strategic projects and initiatives to support the ongoing transformation of infrastructure and asset management services across DCJ, including:
- Enterprise and portfolio-level infrastructure strategies
- Place-based infrastructure plans for priority growth areas and precincts
- Climate change and net zero strategies and programs
- Climate risk management activities
- Workplace and accommodation strategies
- Fleet and mobility strategies
- Innovation fund programs
- Research papers exploring the impacts of key emerging drivers and trends.
What we're looking for
This role requires a high-level of leadership and engagement with senior stakeholders across DCJ and the NSW Public Sector to support the achievement of key strategic and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication, problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills in order to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
The essential requirements of this role include Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategy development, asset management, and business planning.
