Owners Corporation Team Leader - RichmondWe are in need of an Owners Corporation Team Leader, due to growth & internal team arrangements.
Based in Richmond, you will be working in a friendly, modern large, office of strata professionals, with over 15,000+ lots under management, 40+ staff & set procedures and a great brand name.
Your role is to manage a very small portfolio of executive clients plus oversee a team of around 6 OC managers. You report to a Director & General Manager who help you with recruitment and learning your role.
Using StrataMaster software.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own small portfolio of properties, residential med-high density 750 lots or so (negotiable)
- Deal with staff, oversee and assist the strata managers
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, assisting with complex properties, cases and situations, your strata knowledge will come in handy here
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, assist with recruitment and agency operational tasks
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, approx, no weekends, 3 DAYS Guaranteed work from home from the START.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Good understanding of the strata industry
- Has 3 + years of strata management experience and ideally managed team of 3+ staff in strata
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training
