About the Role:
In the role of Senior Manager- Technology Solutions, you will:
- Lead a team of software engineers in achieving product roadmap objectives, assisting our customers, and enhancing the scale, availability, and performance of our systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams, as well as other internal stakeholders and customers, to address escalations and product technical queries.
- Development and maintenance of custom integrations between existing enterprise-level software systems and customer platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team in product training, demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Continuously enhance the team's agile delivery processes, speed, and overall quality of deliverables.
- Hire, mentor, retain and grow the best talent!
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, or coaching to team members that are distributed across geographic locations.
- Propose integration with other tools and vendors whenever possible and define integration best practices.
About You:
You're a fit for the role if you have:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and product development.
- Hands on development of software products, including conceptualization of features, roadmap design, and aligning the product vision with overarching business objectives.
- Strong software architecture and design skills, with focus on distributed systems, scalability, and strong emphasis on agile development.
- Solid understanding of Cloud Native Technology, and Enterprise Integration Solutions.
- Excellent people management abilities. Must have led a team of 5+ team members for at least 2+ years and worked with cross functional teams spanning the organization.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams that include software developers, product engineers and UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Experience in presenting complex technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Technology - Java Enterprise Edition , UI- Angular, React , Cloud-Technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Product Skills : Onesource Indirect Tax Determination , e-filer electronic tax lodgement, Thomson Reuters API Platform, Legal Tracker , Contract Express , High Q.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect
