Senior Manager, Digital Transformation - Zoos Victoria

• Fixed term full-time up to 12 months contract
• Salary from $133,993 p.a. + 11% superannuation
• Based at Melbourne Zoo, Parkville, with work-from-home flexibilities

Every person, from the extensive range of disciplines, plays an important role in helping the organisation realise its vision to become a world leading zoo-based conservation organisation.The Senior ManagerDigital Transformation is a senior role which leads the business applications and data strategy across Zoos Victoria.Key accountabilities for the role:

• Manage the technical delivery of Digital Transformation that supports Zoos Victoria commercial challenges and opportunities
• Demonstrate excellent technical understanding of website, ticketing, retail and CRM technology and systems and guide continual improvement
• Lead corporate implementations which deliver significant technology, business and system improvements
• Manage key stakeholders, including senior management across all properties
• Develop project plans which include scope, risk, schedule, budget, communications, resources and success criteria
• Influence key stakeholders, and senior management decision making by acting as a digital advocate for change and improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive technical and management experience guiding Digital Transformation implementing new digital systems including website, ticketing, retail and CRM
• Extensive experience in data analytics that support operational objectives
• Broad experience implementing new business system software

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting and developing performance measurements
• National Police Check and Employee status Working with Children
