We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Strategy & Digital Product to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our customer, channel, and product strategies, driving product development, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.
The day to day
- Provide thought leadership in Customer & Channel strategy, defining the future of Optus customer engagement, innovative channel models, and global standard processes.
- Incubate new digital customer & channel ideas, exceeding consumer expectations.
- Assume Initiative Ownership for key strategic initiatives, partnering with our Tribes in developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Drive the overall Customer Success and Channel Strategy, aiming for a best-in-class omni-channel offering.
- Deliver strategic analysis, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Incubate innovative ideas to keep Optus at the groundbreaking and provide scalable impact to the business.
- Responsible for strategic portfolio management & ownership, ensuring alignment with our vision and driving outcomes for the customer.
- IT or Business Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of broad commercial experience in a fast-paced, technologically advanced, and competitive industry, with at least 2 years in strategy/digital consulting.
- 5+ years of digital leadership with a proven ability to drive digital transformation across marketing and Care experience.
- Strong working knowledge of business strategy, product strategy, and finance.
- Highly proficient in hypothesis-led problem-solving and strategy development.
- Excellent commercial acumen and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (particularly PowerPoint, Excel).
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
