About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team in Morley, WA. This role will play a crucial role for our Pie face brand, developing and executing marketing promotions and strategies to increase consumer engagement, drive brand awareness and increase sales to our end consumers in store. This role will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive our company objectives and goals. You must have a ‘can do’ attitude!
Day-to-day responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Development of comprehensive marketing plans and campaign promotions across various channels, including digital, print and social media.
- Collaborate with New Product Development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product launches and updates in stores.
- Conduct instore research with internal teams to understand consumer trends to identify opportunities for product positioning, pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, internal stakeholders and vendors to execute promotional material within a timely manner.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, packaging materials.
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all promotional materials and branding.
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing and/or FMCG environment.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Proficient in Marketing tools, including social media, Canva, WordPress, etc.
- Excellent communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills across varying people demographics and all branches of the business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food and consumer marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal and high degree of organisational skill.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- High level time management and ability to work in a team & autonomously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Current Valid Driver’s License.
