WOW Recruitment are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to join our reputable client in the Events & Exhibitions space! Due to their continued growth and success, they’re now looking for a superstar to focus on planning, development and delivery of Marketing Campaigns to support their clients leading brands!
Role & Responsibilities
The position involves collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing to guarantee the implementation of marketing strategies that are in sync with the overall business strategy and adhere to best practices in marketing.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to create marketing plans and timelines aligned with the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Foster close working relationships with internal stakeholders in events, sales, and operations.
- Effectively manage relationships with both new and existing external stakeholders, including event partners, suppliers, and contractors.
- Supervise the design of campaign creative to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines across all assets.
- Manage all digital media channels, including the website, email, and social media.
- Generate and publish brand-specific content to achieve campaign objectives.
- Oversee PR activities that support campaign objectives.
- Plan and oversee media schedules and partnerships with key partners and agencies.
- Collaborate with event teams to manage registration processes for each event.
- Plan, brief, and oversee the production of promotional materials, including videos.
- Coordinate the booking, briefing, and supervision of photography and video required for each event.
- Conduct research and insights programs and initiatives.
- Manage and expand event databases.
- Attend events as needed.
About you
- Strong digital Marketing experience is essential
- Experience managing E2E Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels
- Someone who has worked with PR agencies and experience managing those relationships
- Have the drive and motivation to succeed!
- Experience working within Events / Exhibitions on in the Conference space is a huge advantage!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to very tight deadlines.
- Experience within Mining industry would be an advantage
