We are currently seeking an experienced Public Relations Senior Account Executivewith strong Australian media relationships and a can-do attitude to join our growing team and contribute to our mission - amplifying the impact of world-bettering brands.

Your Responsibilities:
Media relations:
- Competently manage all aspects of daily media press office duties, including handling enquiries and responding to reactive opportunities
- Plan and execute media outreach on a daily basis to all verticals across print, online, TV, radio and podcasts
- Distribute and follow up on press releases and pitches to secure coverage on behalf of Compass Studio’s clients and partners
- Foster and build Compass Studio’s relationships with key media
- Manage Compass Studio’s media monitoring account services
- Manage reporting and analysis of PR activity performance
- Assist with facilitating any launches / events / activations as required
- Develop press materials, including media releases, pitches and asset libraries on behalf of Compass’ clients to distribute to media and key stakeholders
- Produce compelling recurring and project reports for all PR clients
- Client relations:
- Own and maintain key assigned client relationships and oversight accounts team to deliver exceptional and inspiring client communications
- Attend client meetings and assist with note-taking and sending post-meeting actionable items
- Support the new business process, including ideation and planning
- Support the needs of Compass Studio’s PR division
- Offer support to the wider team on an ad-hoc basis where needed, including the digital marketing team
- Day-to-day reporting to the wider PR team
- Support and champion the Compass Studio brand
