AddressWe're seeking a results-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and measure impactful marketing campaigns. You'll play a key role in supporting our pharmacies with new store launches, local marketing initiatives, social media content, and member integration.
In this role, you will:
- Be a Marketing Campaign Champion: Develop creative concepts for catalogues and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels (print, digital, social media, in-store).
- Own the Catalogue Process: Oversee artwork coordination, approvals, printing, and distribution of catalogues and point-of-sale materials, adhering to strict timelines.
- Become a Data-Driven Collaborator: Report on campaign performance weekly, collaborate with the Loyalty team to maintain consistent messaging, and work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to create engaging online content.
- Champion Health & Wellness: Partner with the Professional Services team to develop and implement health promotions and services as per the marketing calendar.
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly managing marketing/promotions calendars.
- Experience in the pharmacy or health industry (a plus, but not essential).
- A strong background in retail, franchise, or agency marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management tools (Monday.com or similar).
- Experience within the pharmacy/health industry
