What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join Lexus Australia in a Max Term role until 25th April 2025.
The Lexus Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution for sales, after sales, marketing and strategy through delivering offerings to the highest levels of luxury that exceed customers' expectations in order to achieve sales volume, market share and profitability objectives and strengthen the Lexus brand.
The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is primarily responsible for implementing systems, processes and procedures with respect to brand and product communication in order to grow sales, customer attraction and loyalty in Australia.
This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer. Interstate travel will be required for this role twice a year, including occasional travel for shoots.
How you’ll make an impact
Implement and review agreed systems, processes and procedures with respect to Lexus Australia’s advertising activities consistent with set policies to achieve Lexus brand, sales, customer attraction and loyalty growth objectives.
Provide specialist advice on and assist managers in the development of product communication policies and standards to grow the Lexus brand, sales, customer attraction and loyalty at optimal cost.
Provide specialist support for the assessment and selection of advertising agencies securing delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost. Collaborate and build relationships with selected suppliers, supporting processes and projects, ensuring timelines are met and all product information is correct.
Monitor and analyse performance against targets for advertising activities and recommend countermeasures where required to ensure that agreed objectives can be achieved.
Coordinate and facilitate forums to ensure that advertising plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

Degree qualification in marketing/communications or equivalent experience.
Strong background and experience in marketing and communications.
Experience working with agencies and stakeholder management.
Front end campaign and project management background.
Experience working with a luxury brand is ideal.
