Our Media team are responsible for developing, implementation and measurement of media strategies across our clients. We don’t exist as a siloed department but as a part of the wider planning team, as we recognise the value media thinking can bring to briefs across the agency, not just media briefs, through creatively applying the best of marketing science.
The Role
Located either in our Sydney or Melbourne office, as a Senior Media Manager, you will help lead implementation and support on planning across clients for digital channels for H+Co.
We believe that great media is built on transparency, data and the integration of planning and buying. As such, we don’t separate into two teams but rather ensure our trading and planning is managed together, this ensures our strategic thinking is present from planning through to reporting.
A Day in the Life
- Lead campaign implementation and reporting across digital platforms
- Supporting Digital Director in responding to new briefs, communicating with clients
- Manage campaigns and reporting outputs
- Excellent data analysis and research skills to help inform strategic data led media recommendations and performance campaign analysis
- Work collaboratively with clients, to educate and elevate their media knowledge
How will we know you are the one?
- You will have experience in implementation and reporting across all digital channels (Social, Programmatic, OLV, Search)
- You will know how to ensure all buying is correct as per media plans
- Make strategic recommendations to deliver value for all our clients
- Know how to deliver best in class competitor and media landscape reporting with the support of full media team
- Be able to ensure campaign performance and delivery against KPIs is successful
- Be an expert in media billing and invoicing processes across clients for digital channels
- Enjoy building strong partnerships with publishers
Other things that would make you excel in this role
- Strong Performance driven experience across digital channels (e.g., DV360, Meta, Trade Desk, TikTok, Google marketing platform, Google Ads)
- Ability to intelligently apply data insights to campaign reporting
- Attention to detail that is second to none
- Excellent data analysis and research skills to help inform strategic data led media recommendations
- Strong Microsoft suite skills, particularly with Excel
- Team player, but can work autonomously
