We are Club Demonstration Services (CDS). We are the preferred in-house product demonstration service provider to Costco. We influence purchase decisions and drive sales by creating and activating events and demonstrations with Costco members.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Account Manager to join our productive small team and work out of our Lidcombe Head Office.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, we are looking for an individual who has strong account management and sales experience and looking to step up into a Senior role.
Your Key Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and creating proposals for new and existing business opportunities.
- Use data effectively to identify key business opportunities.
- Play an integral role in generating new demonstration opportunities with clients.
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with Suppliers and supermarket buyers to develop promotional programs and display strategies.
- Meet with clients regularly to discuss strategies to better improve the promotion and sale of their products.
- Processing buyer and supplier (clients) events and demonstrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that any changes to schedules are executed with precision and in a timely manner.
- Other projects as assigned.
About You:
- Being a close-knit team, you must be willing to work well autonomously and within a team environment
- Strong ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients
- Direct client servicing or facing experiences – you must be comfortable training and/or presenting in front of groups of people
- A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience / account management experience
- High competency in presenting business reviews
- Comfortable working to monthly targets
- Strong and high attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Strong bias for positive action and takes accountability for their results
- Must have own vehicle. This is a must as you will be required to visit vendors within NSW. Some interstate travel is required quarterly.
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point) and Outlook
- High degree of proficiency MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Templates)
