Salary- Role information: GP VMO - capable of managing approx. 30 presentations daily. Must have completed eMeds training. Experience: Emergency, Trauma, Basic Life Support, Simple suturing, ECG interpretation, Catheterisation, sound clinical judgement and communicate appropriately.
- On-call requirements: Sole doctor working Saturdays and Sundays and only from 7:30am to 6:30pm. In cases of major trauma or patients requiring intubation, the local on call GP anaesthetist can be contacted for assistance.
- Type of Doctor required: GP with Emergency Department Experience. Must have completed Rural eMeds training. Doctors need to have wide variety of experience in Emergency Departments, working with one FLEC (First Line Emergency Care) trained RN
