AddressThe Pelvic Studio is looking for a friendly, organised senior receptionist on a part-time, Fixed Term 12 month contract of 12-20hrs/week. There is potential for additional hours, and permanent employment for the right candidate.
The Pelvic Studio is a physiotherapy practice located in Salamanca, that offers expertise in male and female pelvic health, pregnancy and postnatal care. Our practice is growing fast and we are looking for an experienced receptionist, who has worked in either an allied health or medical practice.
The Pelvic Studio offers a fun and vibrant environment that is set in a beautiful historical building with high ceilings, natural light, with lots of plants and a nice décor to create a tranquil relaxed feel for both our employees and our patients.
Our candidate must:
- Provide excellent customer service, including face to face dealing with patients, taking payments, making appointment bookings, and processing Medicare rebates
- Be organised, diligent and enjoy following/creating systems and processes to ensure the practice runs smoothly and all daily and weekly tasks are completed
- Have excellent communication skills working closely with our physiotherapists, practice manager and principal director
- Show initiative and ownership of administrative duties
- Be able to format patients letters and communicate with surrounding medical and allied health practices
