Job description

This position coordinates the delivery of mobility services and the implementation of related projects for the Western Australia Police Force (WA Police Force) to meet operational objectives and targets.APPLICATION PROCESSPlease ensure you complete, sign and scan the Integrity Check Consent Form (refer attached) and submit it along with your application (the Integrity Check Consent Form is not required for current WA Police Force employees).Applicants are asked to address the following nominated work related requirements in no more than two (2) pages:

  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services - Making informed recommendations regarding adoption of new technology and products. Providing advice on equipment operation and functionality.
  • Contract management skills - Supporting the management of contracts with carriers and service providers within a structured framework of procedure and policy.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills - Interpreting and monitoring contracts and reporting on service provision in accordance with contractual agreements and standards. Identifying and addressing complex faults and issues.
Applicants are also required to submit a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV). Your CV should provide enough detail (dot points are sufficient) to allow the selection panel to assess your skills, experience and qualifications relevant to the Key Accountabilities of the attached Position Description Form.The CV must also include the names and contact details of two (2) referees who can comment on the applicant’s ability to satisfy all of the Essential Work Related Requirements.
