They are now seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join their team based in the Pilbara. The company is offering an attractive salary package and long-term career progression.
Lead a strong reliability-based culture within the maintenance department.
Create a high-performance team culture by leading and mentoring site-based engineers, graduate/vacation engineers to reach their full potential.
Work with leadership to define KPIs and work with Reliability Engineers to deliver upon these KPI’s
Support HME maintenance managers and superintendents understand and improve fleet performance
Assist site-based Reliability Engineers manage workload and priorities.
Work with HME specialists to optimise strategies, OEM engagement & escalations.
Ensure fleet performance is well understood and all major maintenance drivers are being addressed.
Provide reliability support to site to ensure that equipment is being maintained in accordance with our maintenance strategies and WOL plans.
Provide coverage of other core RE duties in the event of RE team absenteeism
What you need to bring:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Leadership / management training
4+ years experience in a heavy mobile maintenance environment, or similar role
Proven reliability experience
Well-developed verbal and written skills
Strong leadership & communication skills
Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
