Role Overview:
They are seeking a talented Backend .NET Software Engineer with a passion for technology and innovation. This role is integral to the delivery of a number of key projects, including a significant migration to Azure. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in to contributing to the modernisation and rearchitecture of their platform.
Progression:
As you grow in to the role, there will be opportunities to progress into a leadership position, mentoring a small team of developers and guiding them on best practises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex scheduling software within the logistics domain.
- Participate in the transition to Azure, contributing to the cloud adoption process.
- Engage in the ongoing modernisation and rearchitecting of a complex platform and systems.
- Collaborate with a team of developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of innovation.
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET stack, including:
- ASP.NET MVC4+, Web API
- .NET 4.5
- C# (Object-oriented programming)
- JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Knockout.js
- Visual Studio 2019
- Entity Framework,
- SQL Server
