What you'll be doing
- Design, implement, and maintain network security policies across the organization's infrastructure using AlgoSec's platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements and develop effective firewall rule sets that align with business objectives.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of firewall devices, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to security policies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in troubleshooting network security issues and implementing remediation measures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on best practices for firewall administration and AlgoSec automation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to network security and AlgoSec solutions.
More about you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration and firewall administration roles.
- Proven experience with AlgoSec platform, including policy management, analysis, and automation.
- Strong understanding of firewall technologies, including Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex firewall rule sets based on security requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members on network security concepts and AlgoSec automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
