Address Our Auto Services and Repair business has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to join the RAC Auto Services Leadership Team to support the Operations Manager. What will you be doing? As the Senior Network Manager – Auto Services, you will be supporting the Operations manager to ensure the delivery of the strategic and operational outcomes.
You will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our Auto Services centres and coordinating resources to manage the daily operations. You will also play a vital role in the growth of our mobile fleet network. Having significant automotive operations or multi-site management experience, the Senior Network Manager is a conduit to the business by collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Predominately a mobile position across the network of centres, this full-time permanent role will have you challenged, growing, and delivering outcomes. Key responsibilities within this role include: Accountability for leading the mobile services fleet to ensure operational performance and achievement of Auto Services targets Supporting the operations of our centres to ensure performance and accountability Participating in strategic business plan initiatives Providing direction and delivery of workforce planning, relief resources and mobile servicing logistics and development Assist with activation of fixed locations and supporting the integration of people roles and locations Assist in coordinating the Auto Services apprenticeship program to ensure effective development and participation Driving engagement, collaboration, inclusivity and teamwork between centres and mobile servicing fleet to deliver business plan initiatives Delivering an exceptional standard of customer/member service across the centres What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on management, and leadership to support and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyse data and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. High degree of computer literacy and system administration experience Outstanding relationship building - experience engaging with multiple stakeholders in understanding issues affecting the ability for the business to perform effectively
The ability to drive results and apply understanding to finances and in turn make better business decisions Demonstrated health and safety ethos and understanding Degree or qualified in business or commerce disciplines will be highly regarded What can we offer you?
