About the Role
Occupational Therapists at National 360 provide services to assist persons presenting with a range of needs including complex care, intellectual difficulties, mental health, and behaviours of concern. Our therapists provide services in home, clinic, and community settings providing a range of assessments, therapeutic intervention programs and reports. As a Senior OT, you have the opportunity to work in a clinical supervisory capacity to support the development of early career therapists. For those interested in supervising, our recently launched Clinical Supervisor Development Program will equip you with the theoretical and practical skills to successfully develop the clinical skills of the therapists you support.
When you join National 360, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, increasing your understanding of holistic approaches to therapy. Our unique allocations and senior support structure provides opportunity for you to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

We are committed to providing our team with a learning environment which focuses on continuous development and team-based approaches to therapy. Our ratio of therapists to supervisors is 3:1, ensuring that every therapist receives individualised coaching and supervision to increase their skills and confidence. Our unique Clinical Practice Advisor structure ensures that our therapists receive high-quality, tailored advice to assist in the management of a diverse caseload, with regular national and local internal PD opportunities. For external professional development, we provide every therapist with $1,500 each year to participate in external development opportunities as well as paid study leave.

Selection Criteria
To apply for this opportunity, you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy\At least 3 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the private or public sector
AHPRA Registration
An interest in providing services to people living with disability and neurological disorders
The ability to develop positive relationships and trust with those in the community and the workplace
A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development
NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
