Our client is looking for strong and experienced Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists to join their team in their location south of Melbourne.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who's looking to step into a more senior role or is interested in managing a team.
They're looking for someone who is interested in a full-time position and ideally has experience working in Aged Care or with other relevant experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting thorough assessments, devising treatment plans, and administering care to clients
- Engaging in communication with residents, families, medical professionals, and various support entities such as allied health practitioners and equipment providers
- Designing and overseeing exercise programs, including the facilitation of exercise groups
- Collaborating with the wider clinical team and facility management to tailor care plans and assist clients in reaching their objectives
- Efficiently managing daily schedules, encompassing both clinical and administrative tasks
- Engaging in continuous Professional Development, fostering personal growth through individual guidance and team-based learning activities
- Ability to work well within a team setting
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy OR an equivalent internationally (and APA) recognised qualification
- General AHPRA registration is mandatory
- Full Australian working rights - citizen, permanent resident, or eligible visa
- A National Police Certificate
- NDIS Check/Working with Children Check
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
