Our Brighton, Vic team are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist. We also welcome applicants from exceptional practitioners with leadership potential who are ready to take the next step in their career. We provide senior training and support in this area. The role is flexible for the right candidate (Part time/Full time considered).

The Opportunity
- Senior therapists will have both management and therapist duties.
- Management duties include supervision of junior staff, running group supervision and discipline specific meetings, assisting staff with time management and organization, development of clinic resources, feeding back to management at local and national level the needs of the OT team.
- Therapist duties include: Assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload of clients (0-18) depending on your interests.
- Appointments happen both in our fantastic clinic space, via telehealth, and occasionally in the community - administer assessments, providing direct and indirect intervention, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver great, evidence-based outcomes.

- Compliance - WWCC, Police Check, Children's First Aid training, own transport, AHPRA registration, NDIS Workers Screening Check, eligibility for Medicare provider status, and a bachelors degree minimum.
