About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapistto join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. Within this role you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
You will leverage your skills & experience to provide supervision to other Occupational Therapists, supporting them with clinical reasoning and recommendations to provide optimal outcomes for their clients. As an Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.
We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
- Mental Health / Psychosocial Disability
- Home Modifications
- Housing
- Assistive Technology
- Paediatrics
If you are interested to progress your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

Who will you be working closely to?
Meet Rhianna, our Brisbane Team Leader ! Rhianna is a passionate OT who loves working with her clients to empower their independence and engagement in important facets of their life. Her recent experience is within adult and aged care clients, specifically with physical and mental health disability. Rhianna believes that by harnessing individual strengths and overcoming barriers or difficulties, everyone can reach their potential and live their fullest life.
About You
We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- At least 3 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the private or public sector
- Supervisory experience preferred
- AHPRA Registration
- NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
- Current Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
