About the Role
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Occupational Therapy clinical services to patients/consumers in a community or residential care setting within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
- Manage an allocated community-based workload to deliver Occupational Therapy services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
- Actively participate in professional and multidisciplinary team meetings including clinical case conferences and departmental meetings.
